I believe we should expect that no one in the government, not even the President, would offer a presumption of guilt before anyone is put on trial. I applaud the Obama Administration for attempting to bring the trials into civilian courts; I decry their politically-motivated statements that presume the verdict is already decided. (Just because I am a strong supporter of the current administration doesn't mean I support everything they do.)

Ok, if we truly feel that someone is innocent until proven guilty, then what should we make of statements by Obama, Eric Holder and others in this administration that KSM should be tried in civilian courts and that KSM WILL BE FOUND GUILTY?

Sounds like a presumption of guilt to me.
